Return/Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase — and we’ll do our best to make things right if something goes wrong. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds work in our shop.
🚫 Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged:

Custom-made products

Candidate gear or merchandise from campaigns and organizations

Items from our "For You, By Us" fundraiser collections
If a final sale item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the damage, and we’ll happily send you a replacement.
✅ Eligible Returns
For all other items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Packaging (if applicable) must be intact

You must provide proof of purchase (your order number or receipt)
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we sent the wrong item.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If we are unable to issue a refund to the original method (for example, if the card is expired or closed), we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned in worn, used, or damaged condition (unless that damage occurred during shipping) will not be refunded.
🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund — and we’ll cover all shipping costs in these cases.
