Thank you for supporting TigerEye Pride! We’re a small, proudly queer-owned business making bold, progressive designs—and we’re so grateful to have you with us. Here's what to expect when it comes to shipping:
 

🛠️ Processing Time

• Buttons, posters, and select accessories are made and shipped in-house. These typically ship within 3–5 business days.

• Apparel and certain other items are fulfilled by trusted third-party suppliers. These may take 7–14 business days to process before shipping.

• You’ll receive tracking info via email once your items are on the way.
   

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers, depending on the item and delivery address.

• Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping, but actual delivery times can vary based on location and supplier processing.
   

📦 Split Shipments (Please Read!)

Orders that include both in-house items and items fulfilled by third-party suppliers will arrive in separate shipments.
This means:

• You may receive multiple packages on different days.

• You will get separate tracking numbers for each shipment when they are fulfilled.

We do this to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible!
 

⏳ Delays

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, some delays—especially with items shipped by secondary suppliers—may be outside our control. If your order seems delayed, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can look into it.

• We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

• If you're outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us to see what we can do.
